Loads of dirt and muck from the harbor bottom were removed and hauled up behind the playground.  The rest of the trees around the harbor were sadly cut and hauled away.  The view of the lake is very wide open now.  (Woodland may have to be renamed "Big Sky")

The muck from the bottom of the harbor is used to partially fill in behind the completed East Wall.

Family and friends enjoyed ice cream while watching the show - with a round of applause when the excavator made it back out of the harbor.

With the old wall in front of the lodge still somewhat intact, the excavator prepared the "road in" and surface of the harbor bottom  for the crew to start working on removal and then setting posts for the new wall.

What seems impossible can be done - as Mike (the driver) shows his years of experience by manipulating the excavator safely back up the hill of mud.
